By now you've heard of Notion AI.

It's Notion new tool for saving you time with your daily tasks and writing.

As an entrepreneur I'm using it daily to help speed up my work while maintaining quality.

Here are 5 powerful Notion AI commands I'm using to help save myself time.

1. Writing effective sales emails

While cold outreach is not my favorite activity, it's a necessity for marketing agencies like mine. I use to either overthink how I was writing cold emails, or just experience a writer's block. Notion AI has been helping me get past these everyday hurdles by providing a command that I can use to get a professionally worded and well-formatted email that I can send to prospects.

2. Creating organized meeting agendas

Have you ever gone into a meeting wishing you had an outline to neatly sort all of your notes? Well, there's a command for that too. Before I join any zoom call with a potential client or contractor that we work with, I have Notion AI write an outline so I can more easily organize my thoughts and keep track of important information.

3. Summarizing meetings for my team

I work with several members of my team daily. If I take a call that they weren't able to attend, and I need to provide a recap of the important details we talked about, there's already a way for me to automate that so I can quickly pass it along to them. On top of that, it's more effective than sharing my outline as-is when the reader needs context.

4. Establishing action items

Have you ever left a meeting with so much information you don't really know where to start next? Same here. With the "/action items" command Notion AI can quickly read all of my notes and generate the action items I need to handle next.

5. Fixing my grammar

If you want to make your writing appear more professional and legible I highly recommend trying this command. This can work for emails, blog posts, tweets, rants - whatever you want. I tend to write very quickly, and because of that mistakes happn. Let Notion AI help you identify those mistakes before you publish content or share a message.

It's still a very new tool that a lot of people haven't tried yet, so I wanted to share some ways I'm using it and hopefully it can spark some ideas for you. As more time goes by I'm sure I'll end up sending you another list like this with some new ways to enjoy this tool.
